Description of Service

Company Name Cleaner is a free, browser-based tool that processes company names to remove legal suffixes, normalize casing, and produce clean brand names suitable for email personalization, CRM imports, and data cleaning. The tool processes data entirely in your browser.

Free Use

The Service is provided free of charge. No account, registration, or payment is required. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but the core cleaning functionality will remain free.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the cleaning results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. Always review cleaned output before using it in production workflows.

Your Data

All data processing occurs in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have access to any data you process through the tool. You are responsible for the data you upload and the use of cleaned output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
